Kid's Fitness Begins At Home
The obesity rate for children and teenagers has more than doubled in the last ten years. This is, in part, due to poor nutrition but also to reduced overall physical activity levels. Many school districts have dropped their Physical Education Programs leaving the burdon on the parents to get their kids up and active.
