How To Find Laughter
Studies show that very young (pre-school) children laugh up to 400 times a day, but by the time we reach adulthood, we laugh an average of 17 times per day.

Laughing lowers blood pressure, reduces stress hormones, increases muscle flexion, and boosts immune function by raising levels of infection-fighting T-cells, disease-fighting proteins called Gamma-interferon and B-cells, which produce disease-destroying antibodies.
